Types of diamond disc saw blades:

The diamond segments of brazed blades are connected to the steel core with silver solder. They should be used for wet cutting only.

Laser-welded blades have their segments welded to the steel core by a laser. The strong bond created by laser-welding makes these blades as safe as possible. They can be used for both wet and dry cutting.

Our skilled technicians test and finish the blades to make sure you receive a great product that is ready to do its job as soon as you get it.

Before the blades leave the factory, we:
• Perform double-sided crossbend tests on each blade segment to verify they’re firmly fused to the steel core.
• Tension the blades by hand to make sure they’ll provide straight, true cuts even under adverse conditions.
• Sharpen the blades so they’ll cut well the first time you use them.
